Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-day free trial
Folio Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. This is the easiest way to try Premium risk-free.
How to cancel
- Open Account → Manage subscription in the app.
- This opens the secure Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and won’t be billed again.
Refunds
Folio is a digital service with immediate access, so payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. That said, we want you to be happy:
- Charged by mistake, double-charged, or never used the period? Email us within 14 days and we’ll review and refund at our discretion.
- Something not working? Contact us — we’ll try to fix it or make it right.
EU/UK consumers
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, please note that by starting to stream content during any applicable cooling-off period you may be consenting to begin the service immediately, which can affect that right. Your local consumer rights still apply.
